To our entire patient community, I’m thrilled to share that on March 24, 2026, our organization is upgrading to the state-of-the-art electronic health record system — AthenaOne. This is a meaningful change for our entire organization, and we’re so excited about what it means for your care and experience as our patient.
If you have an upcoming appointment on or after March 24, 2026, you may notice our team taking a little extra time at check-in as we settle into the new workflow. We appreciate your patience in those moments — it means a great deal to us.
All patients will be receiving an invitation to access our new Patient Portal. Please keep an eye on your inbox for those. We will also be encouraging you to download the AthenaPatient mobile app once we upgrade our system next week.
One more important note: as part of this transition, we may ask you to re-verify some personal information and re-sign certain agreements and consents — even ones you’ve signed with us before. It’s how we ensure that your information is current, accurate, and properly documented in the new system. We know it’s an extra step, and we’re grateful for your understanding.
