As a first time patient, I had an excellent experience at the Forest Hills location. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. The whole office was clean and everyone who came into the patient room had incredible bedside manners- their smiles, warm tone, and relaxed and knowledgeable approach were all appreciated. Celina, who helped me schedule the appointment was so helpful and she made me feel comfortable on the phone. She also took the time to say hello and walk me through next steps after the initial visit. Sydney, the RN who worked with me, shared the information I need to proceed and she was very thorough in explaining next steps. Julie, the staff who did my ultrasound was gentle and friendly and she was explaining each part of the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Viva Eve!
