Starting from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner to the nurse assistant/more, all the ladies are so kind, sweet and helpful here! They answered all my questions with patience, grace, accuracy and a smile and I so appreciate the fact that they were able to get everything done in my first visit so I don’t have to come back till next year again (which saves me time + money as the need to go again is being omitted – if not needed since Viva Eve is so efficiently being able to provide me with the necessary communication via phone/email). Additionally the fact that they sent the forms to be filled ahead of time really saved my time as I was siting in the comfort of my own sofa and taking my own time to fill the forms out instead of rushing to fill in the office (as I have to do at other doctor offices) not to mention, the office is very clean too. With my first visit yesterday, I am certain to make Viva Eve my Gynaecologist going forward for sure. recommend!
