I’m a regular patient of the Forest Hills, Queens location but was referred to Dr. Sophie Dostrinos at Madison Ave for some concerns around hormones.
Getting an available appointment within a week was easy. There were plenty of available times to choose from. The office was accessible and standard to all Viva Eve locations, the decor is very pleasing esthetically. Something about the woods they choose, enhanced by the warm orange tone just makes me feel grounded and at ease. Checking in is a breeze. They accept my insistence and I have a $30 copay payable from Apple Wallet or my debit card.
I had a bit of wait today but that was due to a later arrival caused by transportation. They saw me anyway. I gave a urine sample and then waited in the lounge which has serval comfy couches and a tea bar. Comfort 10/10.
Sophie came in, greeted me with a fist bump and went right to business. She had already printed my results and shared them with me and explained what my body was doing, what the available treatments are, their benefits and side effects, asked me what I as thinking and then gave her recommendations. I don’t think it gets better than this. She issued a call to action for me to maintain a journal until our appointment in Oct.
Overall, this is the best darn practice and they have me as a client for as long as their standard operating practices remain this focused on delivering this type of care.
