The staff at this location are all great! I arrived to my appointment on 1/12 about 10 mins late, I was late, nervous and had to use the rest room bad lol. The receptionist guided me to the restroom and my nerves and the call I was on got the best of me and instead of using the provided cup, I used the toilet ♀️ which caused me to have to wait and allow the next person to go ahead of me since a pregnancy test is NEEDED before proceeding. Most would see this as a inconvenience but nope not me I took it as an opportunity to relax my nerves and instead did some deep breathing and yoga moves to calm my nerves. I believe in universal alignment and knew that the universe was providing me this opportunity and I am so grateful for it because when it was my turn to get my procedure I was assisted by TARICK B. OMG he is AMAZING, filled with GOOD ENERGY and POSITIVE LIGHT, extremely PROFESSIONAL and POLITE. We joked about my mishap in the bathroom and my over compensation in filling my cup the second go around in the rest room , we talked about good energy, personal spiritual journey, personal growth overall, he explained my medications to me and ensured I was kept warm with their innovative heating and gown system. Im pretty sure we talked for longer then normal but we both needed that time, in a world filled with darkness and adversity, it is very rare to encounter a light energy such as the one TARICK possess. Our conversation and energy exchange really made me feel at ease before my procedure and I am so grateful to the entire staff here, my doctor was Doctor Lien, he was funny with his one of a kind jokes lol and very professional but I hold a special place in my heart for TARICK and send many blessing, good vibes, light and love to him his wife,their future bundle of joy and the entire Viva Eve staff Astoria location.
