Had the most incredible experience. From the front desk who were extremely welcoming, friendly and help with every single step of the registration process. The technician was extremely pleasant and very empathetic. She explained the process every step of the way and allowed for breaks in between. Dr Harris was incredible I truly have no word for how incredible she made this experience. I felt very comfortable and was involved in the entire appointment. She explained the entire process and gave an abundance of information. Quanisha was absolutely incredible so kind and I did not feel the blood being drawn at all she is extremely talented and also very pleasant. Finally Patrick with billing was extremely helpful and the entire process seem very transparent. Thank you so much Viva Eve!!
