For a first time patient. My appointment went Amazing. The receptionist was kind! The nurses practitioner I saw was attentive, kind. She also answered all my questions. I am very big on eye contact and the whole time she gave me eye contact it didn’t seem like she was in a rush to get out. She took her time and answered all my questions she made sure i left with all my questions answered as well as a plan of treatment. The sonographer was also very patient and attentive. Also, I am typically a hard stick when it’s time for my blood to be drawn the MA got a vein in the first try which is not a normal thing for me. All in all my appointment was Amazing! I’ll definitely be making the change to this practice.
