Freda is an enthusiastic and dedicated Patient Concierge Team Leader with three years of experience in coordinating care for patients with fibroids.
In her role, Freda serves as the initial point of contact for prospective patients and acts as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. She educates prospective patients about our proprietary Fibroid 360° clinical process and treatment options.
Freda provides personal attention for our patients’ journeys and manages patient care throughout the treatment process, assisting with insurance, future appointments, and everything in between.
