When I got there I was immediately greeted by administrative staff. After completing necessary documents I waited to be called. I first went over my history with NP Oniga who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Showed both care and concern. Then I met Dr Sophie who was also very down to earth and showed the same care and concern as rest of staff there. We went over plan and I left feeling like they had answered all my questions without me having to ask or pull teeth to get answers. I hate going to doctors who don’t explain themselves well and expect you to figure it out. Great experience
