I had high expectations and Shan lived up to and exceeded them. I had been on the hunt for a new ON/GYN since the one I had been seeing for 17 years ditched her practice. I tried a couple others but from front desk experience, poor beside manners and logistically issues, it was clear we weren’t aligned. I read the reviews on Shana and insisted I saw her. Arrived 20 mins early for my appointment, took care of paperwork and waited for her. The staff was pleasant, as was she. She went over my social history, other clinicians assisted with intake. She scheduled me for an ultrasound, I had a breast exam and bloodwork to assess my overall health.
She was patient, explained and felt loaded intonation for ease of transaction and most importantly value my input and treated me with dignity and respect.
Outside of the parking, (super difficult) I have no issues. I will def be back.
