I have been on a quest to find a permanent practice for some time. My previous experiences were not bad, but I’d always left feeling incomplete and rushed. I came in for my yearly check in to Viva Eve and immediately felt a difference. I expressed a concern and an irregularity in my current health. My concern was taken seriously and all the necessary exploratory work was completed by techs and staff, all the while staying professional, patient and informative. The staff was efficient and transparent; the timeframes and expectations were precise (I value that as it helps me plan travel, work, etc). Calls, reminders and lab results are timely. I feel so fortunate to be in the care of this practice. Creating proper health related routines and maintaining appointments can be a lifesaving/life-prolonging habit – knowing that you will be taken care of in the best way makes maintaining those commitments easier. I am grateful for each individual at Viva Eve for all of their effort; they each play a pivotal role in making this a holistic and productive experience and they are each immaculate professionals.
