From my first contact with booking an appointment to walking into the facility to check-in, blood work and seeing the doctor and checking out the service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The staff is professional, warm friendly, the facility is very inviting and welcoming which is conveniently located on Madison Avenue and the medical care was customized for my concerns with all diagnostic procedures being very transparent. Upon checking out I received a one on one conversation about billing, what is covered, what information I would be receiving from my insurance company about the services I received.
