We participate with a variety of health insurance plans as non-par providers. The out-of-pocket payment will vary according to the specifics of your plan and services. We provide many services out-of-network depending on a variety of factors. Unfortunately, we do not participate with Medicare & Medicaid including: Fidelis, HealthFirst, and Metroplus.
Cosmetic Dermatology, Asclera® for Leg Veins, and some Nutrition Programs are NOT covered by insurance. We provide complimentary consultations for both new and existing patients. Treatments are elective and are paid for at time of desired service. We will always quote your treatment plan costs first and work with you on your budget and plan.
Also, please note that many fertility-testing services are generally not covered by most insurance plans, but there may be some specific exceptions that are considered medically necessary and may be partially/fully covered.
